Reiki is a beautiful gift to share and I feel great joy when clients and those I know become attuned to Reiki.

I’m a Reiki Master level 4 teacher in the Usui Reiki system. I work with the traditional Japanese method of connecting students to Reiki energy, which is called ‘an empowerment’.

My training is affiliated with Reiki Evolution, a UK Reiki organisation dedicated to honouring the indigenous and foundational origins of Japanese Usui Reiki.

My goal is to ensure that my students are taught as closely as possible to the roots of Reiki, to minimise dilution and appropriation, as Reiki becomes more popular in Western spiritual and cultural spheres.

Reiki Shoden ‘First Teachings’

A day of immersion and learning the art of Reiki, an energetic and spiritual practice for self-healing and wellbeing. Once permanently connected to Reiki, you will be able to treat yourself, family, friends and pets.

Reiki is first and foremost a spiritual practice. It opens the door to the spiritual self. How you walk through the door and follow the path is up to you. Reiki offers you an opening that has always been and always will be with you.

You will learn the system of traditional Japanese Usui Reiki, as originally taught by the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui. Reiki level one is called ‘Shoden’ which means “first teachings”. Reiki has roots in East-Asian spirituality, philosophy and animism. It helps greatly with self development, inner work and relaxing the nervous system. 

A beautiful aspect of Reiki is that it is something that you have for life, to use on yourself, in your sovereignty.

  • Reiki Precepts (the principle pillars of Reiki)

  • Practical training to self-treat with Reiki
